Though the plot is a little bland and overused, I think this submission was what a lot of NG viewers needed, so this plot should be taken as something new for NG. You mostly get your parodies and funny stuff, but this demonstrates that, hey, entertainment can be serious too.

I like the meaning conveyed behind the flash, and this is how a lot of solo musicians start off, actually. How a young boy doesn't need to voice his feelings, but rather show them through music... well, that's what music was made for. Life through music, I personally think that's the way to live it.

I love how you make fun of all kinds of anime elements. I also noticed that in a lot of anime I watch, sometimes the character will be missing facial hair or the females' boobs will just casually change size. All them references made me LOL XD

This has more of an original Unreal feeling to it, like... if you've ever played Unreal the campaign edition before the tournaments came out, you'd find this would suit the environment of that game quite well. It's really awesome and has that run through a final ancient temple feel to it before confronting one of the last bosses.
